The New Zealand Careers Expo has a brand-new name - Tahatū Careers Expo NZ
Thanks to an exciting new sponsorship by the Tertiary Education Commission (TEC), through its new careers planning website Tahatū Career Navigator. The name change reflects the alignment and shared vision of the two brands and the investment in the expos as a strategic partnership between the TEC (via Tahatū Career Navigator) and the NZ Careers Expo.

It was such a rewarding experience being able to contribute to the Expo and be given the chance to share my naval knowledge and story with students who were in the same shoes I was in 9 years ago. I am especially thankful I was able to be a part of the Expo on the Saturday as this day in particular had the most engaging conversations with individuals and their families about their future careers. I'm incredibly thankful my parents made me go and seriously look at the variety of careers on display which helped me find one that has given me such amazing opportunities and shaped me into the person I am today.

A professional listing will give you the opportunity to have your content featured across numerous online platforms.
We are also pleased to announce our partnership with CareerWise, putting your content onto a leading service for NZ career advisors who will significantly increase the profile of exhibitors to students. CareerWise sends 100,000+ emails a month directly to New Zealand students, with over 100 secondary schools viewing CareerWise content.
Online Expo
The Online Digital Expo gives you the chance to have your company's profile featured on our website. By default, any exhibitor with a stand at a physical expo will get a basic listing in our digital expo - free of charge.
This basic listing will include your name, address, website link, email, and phone number - making you a part of our online exhibitor directory, but it wont include the ability to post articles on the CareersWise platform. - You will need to upgrade to a professional listing to gain this feature.
Professional listings have a 1-year life span, and any bookings made after the expo season (term 2) run through until March 31st of the following year. ie: March 31st 2026.
Professional Plan
Reach over 100,000+ Students, via 100 +secondary schools around the country, with your own tailor made stories and articles.
If you upgrade to a professional listing, you will get a large premium online profile and be featured at the top of our directory list. You will be able to add your own videos, photos, logo, branding, social media links and content! Your content will be shared with Career Advisors around New Zealand thanks to our partnership with Career Wise, these career advisors can then share your content to the students in their school - giving you access to thousands of students all around New Zealand all year round!
Just when you think this can't get any better…we have added a new feature where you will be able to access all the stats from your profile so you can see first hand how many students are viewing your content!

We have partnered with Career Wise - New Zealand's fastest growing career advisors service.
An online platform thoughtfully designed for career advisors to connect, engage with their students and access relevant information from the Career Wise cloud. This is your chance to put your content infront of students all around New Zealand year round.
